The hotel was in an unbeatable location, near the stores. I only stayed 2 nights, nonetheless the stuff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for me. The breakfasts with made-to-order omelets.

The location was good, staff was thoughtful. Very impressed with suite.

Clean hotel in a nice building right by IN THE ROOMS, and enough restaurants. Excellent convenient location, close to everything. Really had relaxing stay for this year's visit.

The hotel was just next door to the fitness center, nice bars/restaurants, and Woodfield Mall, IKEA, and lots of other shopping and dining options thanks to its good location. All the staff was attentive, settled my issues.

The room was updated & functional, for 3 adults 3 children. The breakfast was free and warm with fresh omeletes cooking; the staff was willing to help. All the services were excellent. It was real good time in Schaumburg.

The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a calm area, just off shopping venues and event venues and Close to Restaurants and the giant Woodfield Mall. The location was particularly good considering we where there for celebrating anniversary. Liked good hot breakfast options with fresh omeletes cooking and rubbery eggs, as example.

Its location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, close enough to the mall, nice restuarants and woodfield mall and other shopping and dining options, and I liked to be close to restaurants and bars. A few times I ate at Bonchon, located not very far from the hotel. The room I booked was updated and clean and available with 2 queen beds.

Came here for celebrating anniversary, recommendable. I liked that the hotel was nicely decorated and fairly clean. I was offered a nice hot breakfast with cheap sausage, made-to-order omelets plus fresh omeletes. The staff was willing to help the entire time. Location: the venue was right by many restaurants and shopping. Places like Blocks to Bricks Toy Museum were relatively close to from here too.

Functional rooms, great views, the staff was genuinely helpful. Had separate bathroom with all essentials. This hotel had a central position good in the Suburbs.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was crappy.

Marvellous and comfy spot right by the best shopping centers in Chicago, other shopping, and restaurants and shopping at Woodfield Mall, IKEA. Nearby The Beer Market - great place to chill out. Pretty nice facilities and a good hot breakfast with cheap sausage and a ready to make omelet station, for instance.

This hotel in the silent and relaxed district of "hotels & restaurants" in Shaumberger was without a doubt the best experience. Its convenient location near the mall and restaurants made exploring the area a breeze. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, with attention to detail that showed they were definitely new compared to the furniture and lighting. Plus, having a bath tub in the room was a nice bonus.

All was fantastic, no improvements needed.
